Mention rectal thermometer and you can see a lump forming in my throat. I just hate any sort of probes going up where the sun don’t shine, but if I were a kid and I see Spongebob Squarepants smiling widely like that, chances are the pain would automatically lessen (or even disappear) when he gets down to business.
